Services

Due to the nature of cosmetic and skin treatments:

  • All services are non-refundable once performed, either in full or in part.

  • Results vary between individuals and therefore refunds are not provided based on dissatisfaction with results.

Prepaid Services and Packages

  • All prepaid treatments and packages are non-refundable.

  • Packages are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Unused sessions are not redeemable for monetary value.

Deposits

Where a deposit is required:

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Deposits may be forfeited in the event of late cancellation or no-show, in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect service selection by the client

  • Failure to attend an appointment

  • Failure to follow pre- or post-treatment instructions

Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable

  • Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash

  • Expiry dates apply as stated at time of purchase

    Refund Eligibility

    Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstance:

    • The client provides a valid medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner confirming that they are no longer medically suitable to receive skin or aesthetic treatments in the future.

    The medical certificate must clearly state that treatments are contraindicated on an ongoing or permanent basis.

    Temporary conditions, short-term illnesses, or personal circumstances do not qualify for a refund.

    Refund Assessment

    • All refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

    • ReSKN Studio reserves the right to verify documentation.

    • Approved refunds will apply only to unused treatments or remaining package sessions.

Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect service selection

  • Dissatisfaction with results

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations

  • Failure to follow pre- or post-treatment instructions

Processing of Refunds

Where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider
